The Flint Powers Catholic boys hockey team defeated Flushing 11-0 on Wednesday at Iceland arena in Flint.

Both Mike Forman and Garrett Gormley scored twice to lead Powers Catholic, and teammates Jake Polakowski and Derek Simon added two assists.

Powers Catholic (16-6, 4-2 Saginaw Valley) will play Big Rapids on Friday at Iceland Arena.

"We haven't seen them, but we're expecting a tough contest," Powers Catholic coach Travis Perry said.
